  6. You don't have the active voters in every corner of the US to keep corporate shitheads out of office. I'm telling you, it's those coming up through politics in university and those with family already in politics that look at running for office as a money maker. They're capitalists that are there to make the most money no matter what happens to the people. That's where the fight is at… it's in our education! What drives people to get into politics needs to be what's in the best interest for the people – NOT the paycheque. When we take away the politicians salaries, that's when we'll get things done. Until then, enjoy the merry-go-round.

  8. Lol, Ted thinks Bernie won't criticize the Democrats on their corruption while that's all Bernie has been talking about in his campaign. Bernie's not a partisan hack, you slimy goofball.

  11. The difference between Bernie Sanders and Ted Cruz – outside of the myriad political differences – is that, while both talk about how corrupt Washington is, Bernie Sanders is the only one calling for legislation to eradicate that corruption. All Ted Cruz presents, as a solution to this problem, is "smaller government". That is the same as saying, lets allow corruption, just let it be smaller. Lets apply this logic to another problem. Say someone has cancer. Would that person rather have an oncologist who is investigating therapies that would eradicate the cancer, or another oncologist who just wants to make the cancer smaller?

  15. Ted is a clown and con man ! And one thing about CNN they shun a flight to interrupt Bernie Sanders what he's talking I just wonder why because they won a high the truth and all want the people that know the truth that's probably the reason why they interrupt him . They must think the American people are stupid at least half of them are when they'll recognize that.

  21. It still surprises me a little that the RNC chose Thump over Cruz. Thump is such a temperamental idiot child,… which is a fair description of a number of republicans today… but Cruz is the slimiest motherfucker I've ever seen. If I saw either Cruz, or Ryan on the other side of a large room, I'd somehow feel the need to check my wallet, and take a shower.

  22. I’ve got to give Ted some credit here. A stronger Federal government would be dangerous since it would take years to to make Washington acceptable.

  23. "Big labour" lol, what a bullshit constructed argument, especially to name it in one sentence with big corporations.

  24. Ted Cruz’s argument: “Washington has been corrupted by corporations, so let’s get rid of the regulations and let the corruptors call all the shots directly.”

  25. Jordan: It is a good thing that Bernie is doing these debates.Even though he is fighting an uphill battle when CNN are the moderators, at least he is able to spread the progressive message to more people.

  28. Funny thing is that I do not watch the debates live. I wait until the come out online. I am sure that many of my progressive friends do the same. No views for you CNN from me. I rather follow up at my own pace to make sure to decipher the difference between entertainment and real news.
